I am a physicist that lives in Santa Barbara, California. My day job is as a senior research scientist at FLIR Systems. I used to do neutrino astrophysics research at the South Pole research station. I am also an artist and designer – creating visual art with invisible light, designing novel imaging systems and performing as Doctor MegaVolt (I get hit by artificial lightning while wearing a protective metal suit and doing fun tricks and stunts).
